Looking like 8 weeks gj. Id love to run it longer but that's normally about all I can take. Lol I have run 10 in the past so depending on gains I will decide closer to time. Min of 8 and max of 10 bro. It is insane the changes that come from tren bro. I love it!

Good job OWL...keep killing it, stick to your plan and you'll be golden. I know you can do this! You always hear the more experienced competitors say don't aim for a weight class or a category...just aim to bring your best package forward and the rest will take care of itself. No matter where you end up competing, you will be able to stand on the stage and know that you deserve to be there and that you put the time in and have achieved something that most people haven't!! And the beauty of the sport is that there will always be another show with new goals for us to work towards. Love watching your progress!! :)
 
Saturday Legs-
Warm up w leg ext and walking lunges. Sorry this will be vague because trainer set weights all day and didn't even give me a chance to look at them. Everything I did today was super set with a differnet exercise but I will do my best to give you an idea.

Leg Ext 3x15 Sperset with walking lunges.

Hack Squats-2 45's on each side 1x15
3 45's on each side 2x15

Inbetween each set- Standing Ham Curls, Trainer adjusted weight each set all I know is shit was heavy. 3x15

Seated Ham Curls-3x15 Trainer kept adjusting weight but was heavy as hell as well.

Standing Calf Raises-
315-1x20, 1x30,1x40,1x50..............This shit liked to make me fall down but it was good.

So at work now can hardly get up from my desk. Guess it did good!!
 
Sounds brutal and obviously if your big ass cant get up from under your desk, you must of done something right :D

I know D! I hate working on Saturday! Sucks! They pay me alot of damn money though so I will be here. I have to be able to buy food, training, supps, and anabolics. Lmao

You are exactly right young bro! And Zed is very knowledgeable as well. My problem is that my trainer is an IFBB pro and the dude is so old school. Front Squats are a much better option. That is why next week when I am training legs on my own i will be doing Zeds routine. Lol

Rear Delt machine- 1x12-50

Supersetted with standing frt laterals with rope.
3x12-80

Front laterals seated-3x12-25

Also did 3x15 Rear delt on machine one handed. Trainer just keeps me moving so fast through this that I don't have time to really log my weights.
Everything we are doing is supersetted. Heavy as I can stand it and moving at a pace with little to no rest in between. Shit is getting crazy!

Sitting face forward on a shoulder press machine chest touching pad rather than back touching pad. Then put one hand on shoulder press instead of two and push. Does that make sense bro?
 
Makes perfect sense! But due to the lack of a shoulder press machine I shall try this with DB's and see how it feels/works!

Agreed ! Treadmill and such I dislike greatly . Running outside I can tolerate . I'd rather do drills and circuits that get the cardio in with lifting . Lol but I suffer thru the stair master because it help keeps things high and tight and where they belong :) lol

I won't go near a stair master!
I used to run 2-3 times a week before I hurt my foot. Always hated it!

One thing I don't mind is some of the ellipticals at my gym if you stand on them backwards it works ur quads and abs bcuz u have to pay attention to Wth ur doing or ur gonna face plant off the thing and kill urself :) lol ppl look at u strange . But it's a good burn . So I don't care what they think .

Elliptical, stepper, treadmill they're all monotonous and boring! I'm sticking to punching stuff from now on, it's fun, you have to think about it and it blasts your delts! :D

I am started to lean out really nicely bro. I will post some updated pics this weekend. I am tanning this week because I was a ghost. Lol I will be competing in the masters physique category this time bro. By next year I want to graduate from that and move into the Masters BB. My trainer feels like I can go all the way to nationals in physique but because my legs are being stubborn I would have difficulty placing in BB right now. That was a hard pill for me to swallow but he is an IFBB pro so I am following his advice. I have seen your pics bro and you looked incredible at your show bro. I hope to look that good man seriously.
