Just stick to old-fashioned oatmeal

w/o added sugar
w/o sodium

try this

1 cup to 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, Put just enough water to make the oatmeal moist but mildly dry. Cook for 1min 30seconds on high in the microwave, then put 2-3 packets of equal, a few sprinkles of cinnamon.
