Notjake11 Summer Cycle Log - TestE/EQ with MRSupps

Thanks everyone. I am living the cycle so far and it is going to be a fun ride. If just the kickstart is this good I cant wait to see what happens when the Test and EQ start to buold up.

I just got a chance to do my bodyfat testing in the bodpod for the first tine since March 21 when I ended mt SARMs triple stack run. At that point my numbers were:

Weight 201.1
Bodyfat 13.8%
Lean Tissue 173.4 lbs
Fat 27.8 lbs

As of today, about six weeks later, the numbers are

Weight 204.7 lbs
Bodyfat 11.3% (-2.5%)
Lean Tissue 181.7 (+8.3 lbs)
Fat 23 (-4.8 lbs)

The first four weeks of the time between were my PCT in which I ran DSpark and I am now almost two weeks into this cycle.

Lets just say I am pleased with the progress.

I'm about as happy with this cycle as could be and the primary components of the cycle haven't even started to kick in yet. My intensity in my workouts has continued to crush and even with as many as 10-12 workouts a week I still feel fresh and raring to go on a day to day basis. I had my most recent race this last weekend and did far better than I expected, posting my best time/finishing position yet. I put up 305 for a single, adding 5 pounds to my best this year without even really planning or prepping to do a max and putting me only 10 pounds away from my personal best ever (which was over 10 years ago). Basically I'm firing on all cyclinders. I did my fifth injection yesterday so I'm about halfway through week three. If I'm feeling this good before the TestE, EQ and MastE have even really begun to kick in I can't wait to see what happens when the cycle is in full swing.

I can't say enough how happy I am that I used the Katana and Keto Burn as well as the Venom transdermals to kickstart the cycle. They had me feeling "on" from day one and have produced visible and numerical results while waiting for the other AAS to kick in. The combination of the numbers from my Bodpod (see last post), my race results and my lifts show that I am hitting all three of my goals at the moment and without the help of the MrSupp and Venom products that just wouldn't be possible. Who adds pounds of muscle and while in a calorie deficit and doing six intense cardio/endurance workouts a week while simultaneously improving speed/endurance and upping strength?

This is going to be a fun ride.

p.s. - At some point soon I will post an update of my experiments with the NuBlend protein. I've tried it in a number of different ways (some of which I have posted recipes for in the other NuBlend logs to share wtih the others running it) and it has been absolutely delicious in every one. Hell why wait - here are the ways I have used it:

1. With Water: By far the tastiest protein blend when used with just water. It's not my ideal use of it, but it definitely works better than any other when you have no access to a blender/kitchen/almond milk (i.e. - it's in your gym bag and you take it post workout).

2. With Almond Milk: Tastes like dessert. The almond milk gives it a richer texture and great mouth feel.

3. With Oatmeal: Cook one cup of oats in the microwave with almond milk and some splenda for sweetness (to taste). After cooking add two scoops of the NuBlend.

4. With Egg Whites: This is my personal favorite way of eating it at the moment. In a bowl mix up a 16 ounce carton of egg whites, 1/2 cup raw oats, 3 tablespoons splenda and two scoops of the protein. Then cook it up in a nonstick skillet like it were scrambled eggs until mostly dry. It tates like a souffle. I've been having this almost every single day lately and can't get enough of it. Makes a huge plate of food that has 600 calories and 80 grams of protein plus the complex carbs from the oats. So damned tasty.

Just had a KILLER morning workout with my sprints. My speed and endurance are both improving nearly every workout. I've been steadily increasing the distances on my sprints from .25 to .4 miles (adding .05 each sprint session). Once I get to half mile sprints I'll switch to upping speed and stay at that distance for a while.

Walk .5 Mile at 4.0
Warmup: 25 Squats and 25 Situps (5/10/10)
Jog .5 Mile at 6.0
20 Squats and 20 Situps
Run .4 Mile at 8.0
20 Squats and 20 Situps
Run .4 Mile at 8.5
20 Squats and 20 Situps
Run .4 Mile at 9.0
20 Squats and 20 Situps
Run .4 Mile at 9.5
20 Squats and 20 Situps
Run .1 Mile at 10.0
Run .1 Mile at 10.5
Run .1 Mile at 11.0
Run .1 Mile at 11.5

The Keto and Katana are both a huge boost to my workouts. I'm also becoming more and more convinced that one of the best uses for the Venom transdermals is as a kickstart for cycles using longer esters. I'm only three weeks into my cycle of TestE/EQ/MastE and all three are supposed to take 5-6 weeks to really start to shine, but there are definite visible effects from those compounds. My body is visibly hardening up and I've definitely added mass (see numbers from previous posts). I think I'll be using these to kickstart pretty much any cycle I run from now on.
 
I'm on my fourth week of the Transdermal test/mast/var and my friends say I look Menacing so it's a great kick start.

Glad to see you are killing it brother and that more importantly your performance is improving! Keep grinding and i'd be very interested to see your progress as it pertains to bodyfat % etc.

I plan on posting progress pics every four weeks. Next Friday will be both the end of week four and the day before my next race so will take and post them then.

This is a mini update pic. Thats my calf just sitting around waiting for the day to end amd start the weekend. No workout pump or anything - just sitting here.

Pretty decent vascularity if I do say so myself.
