Someone told you to just use a quarter amount...?

Just like with normal stuff, if you want to run 50mg winny, use enough of the transdermal to make that amount. Aka use an oral syringe and measure it.

The new lotion isn't dosed the same way the original was and I doubt you could pull it up through a syringe. The quarter sized amount is actually Gator's instructions for how to get a 50mg dose.

Just realized I forgot to post my before pic. This picture was taken on 4/26, the Friday before I started the cycle.

The new lotion isn't dosed the same way the original was and I doubt you could pull it up through a syringe. The quarter sized amount is actually Gator's instructions for how to get a 50mg dose.

I asked Gator about this as I am adding the Test Transderm to my cycle. He said 1 ml=50mg, so in a syringe with no pin that will be 1 cc. I haven't checked the texture yet. Come on over to my thread for an update tomorrow.

I'm five days into the cycle and so far everything is going perfectly. I've done two injections (Monday and Thursday) and had only the very slightest PIP the day after each. I've been doing my injections just before my morning cardio so that the movement can help disperse the oil/AAS. I've also done five applications of the Venom transdermals, rotating between inner arms, inner thighs and feet.

My training has been exactly according to plan. Today will be my fifth day of both the cardio/endurance and easy stength programs and tomorrow will be a day off from both to rest and recover. I'm finding it difficult not to push harder than planned/scheduled in the routine - not sure how much of that is just my own aggression and/or placebo as opposed to the compounds in my system. I can say that the Keto and Katana are still very definitely having an effect - I can feel that extra oomph kick in shortly after each dose (taking two Katana and one Keto upon waking and again around noon - basically about 30-45 min before my two workouts for the day). It's better than any pre-workout I've ever taken.

Diet has been exactly on point. For the past couple of months I've been able to stay strict for the beginning of the week but end up with massive cravings and hunger on Thursday and have caved in week after week. Yesterday I was able to resist and stay on plan. Monday and Tuesday I was at 2000 calories each day and Wednesday and Thursday at 2500 and am averaging about 275g of protein a day for the week. Today will be back down to 2000 for the day.

I've been experimenting with the NuBlend and am loving it. I have to leave for work but will post more about the recipes I've used in a post later today or tomorrow. Quick summary - the stuff is damned tasty and goes with everything.

I got a PM asking about what my workouts look like so I figured I'd post today's sessions. On days I'm working out I usually do two workouts. The first is a cardio/endurance workout designed to work on my conditioning for the races. I just got back from completing today's version of that workout:

Walk .5 Mile at 4.0
10 Pushups
Jog .5 Mile at 6.0
10 Pushups
Jog .5 Mile at 7.0
Run .3 Mile at 8.0
15 Pushups
Run .3 Mile at 8.5
15 Pushups
Run .3 Mile at 9.0
15 Pushups
Run .3 Mile at 9.5
15 Pushups
Run .3 Mile at 10.0

Later today I will lift. As mentioned before, my current program is based on Easy Strength and involves doing the same lifts/workouts five days a week. Today's workout should look something like this:

Squat 95/5 130/5 185/5x2
Deadlift 135/5 185/5x2
Bench 250/1x6
Seated Barbell 115/5x2
DB Curls 30/5x2
Planks 60sx2

Each lift is done for five days. Two or three of those days it's done at 50% or less of max for two sets of five and the others can be 3x3, 5x2 or 6x1 with weights being correspondingly higher. I'll be lifting five days in a row starting today so I can take Friday off to prep for the race on Saturday. I'll also use my lowest weights for two sets of five for all exercises on Thursday for the same reason.

Hey psizzle, yea I pulled it up in a 3ml syringe to check the size amount of 1ml. It's way too thick to do that every time! You would wind up losing a lot of transdermal over the life of the cycle. You can't get all of it back out of the syringe. The lotion is just way thicker than what the original liquid was. 😎

The cycle continues to go well. I'm feeling absolutely fantastic and loving the progress I've made after just ten days.

My typical day has involved waking up at 5:30am and taking my morning dose of keto, katana and other normal supps (fish oil, etc.). On Mondays and Thursdays this is also when I do my injections. I then head out either outside or to the gym for my morning cardio/endurance routine. That workout varies quite a bit depending on the day - can be sprints, intervals, sealfit, long steady run or an active recovery bike ride. It usually takes about an hour and then I head home for my morning cup of coffee and start getting ready for work .

I start work at 8 and then usually break for my weight workout at about 1:00 or so. I take my afternoon dose of Keto and Katana about a half hour before I plan on starting my workout. With the Easy Strength routine it usually takes no more than 30 minutes or so. I then have my post-workout NuBlend shake (mixed with just water). Then I proceed to consume the rest of my calories between about 2:00 and 9:00 (for those of you who don't know I have been practicing intermittent fasting since roughly the start of the year).

At night, about an hour before bed, I dose and apply my Venom transdermals.

So far the results are better than expected. My energy levels during my workouts are sky high. I'm not usually a morning person and my morning runs have typically been a struggle to get up and motivated. Between the Keto and the Katana I'm and revved up and raring to go by the time I get to the gym. I plan my workouts for the week in advance and it's a struggle to hold myself to the plan at times as I want to push harder, faster and up the intensity. The same has been true of my afternoon lifting sessions. I'm really looking forward to my max out session at the end of this lifting cycle (about 6.5 weeks from now). I'm guessing that I'll be smashing through my last plateau.

The NuBlend has also been fantastic. I've used it in a variety of ways and will make a separate post about that soon. Stuff is just damned tasty and makes it easy to use in a number of different recipes (some of which I've shared with other loggers).

Great log NJ!! Glad to hear you are having good results with the trans winny and mast!! I'm kicking off the first 6wks of my cycle with the trans winny as well, only on day 3 though. But it's good to hear that you like it. I'm really anxious to see what kind of results this stuff can give with hard work and a strict diet!

Keep killin it bro!
