Thank You NJ. I appreciate your insight. I would rather increase the intensity of my workouts than do cardio, and I will be sensitive to all my seconderies to be sure they are all happy.
How long before sleeping are you taking the transdermals?
I have been reading your log and will continue to do so. One thing I will point out is to keep your goals in mind. By definition if you are "training" you are preparing for something or have some goal in mind. Adding in more sets because you can handle them isn't always necessary, particularly given that you rmuscles will grow and get stronger far faster than your joints, tendons, ligaments, etc.
That being said, as long as the workouts suit the goal and you are taking care of yourself go and get it!!!
