This is NOT true. Maybe, Kak, you have to consider the company you keep as far as women go.

I could see a great looking guy and it's like seeing a pretty picture: I like to look, but it does nothing for me. If there's no substance, I don't want the man.

On the other hand, if the guy isn't much to look at, but he really has character - I might start thinking about things. And, oh my God, I might even want to have sex with this mediocre looking guy. I know there are other women who feel the way I do.

There's so much more to attractiveness than the face and the body. It IS part of it, but only a part. I don't know why you so casually dis women like some other bozos on this discussion board. You're way too smart and good for that.
