Night Time Proteins? Your Opinions?

I just posted a thread yesterday about Night Time Formulas, there may be a post in there that will answer your question I will bump it up for you.
 
That stuff isnt worth the money, just get a 5 lbs jug of whey concentrate. If you wanted a higher quality protein before bed you could pick up some whey isolate or something but I wouldnt waste my $ on the "nightime protein".
 
Have a bowl of cottage cheese - I add some whey protein to it - much cheaper - half the stuff on the market and in the magazines is all a gimmick - just to get your money.
 
i agree if your going to have slow release just drink milk and a scoop of whey or fat free cottage cheese

COTTAGE CHEESE is a much better and far more economical 'night time protein' than this totally overpriced and overhyped protein powder stuff you see advertised all over the place. I can't believe how many naive people are out in this world who apparently have lots of money to burn...
