Back Thickness is a weak point of mine. Which is why I am giving it the most priority for now. Width is good but I lack thickness especially Up top. Hamstring is another weak point of mine. They dont seem to freakin grow. If you look at me from the front or back I look pretty good. If you look at me from the side I have no depth what so ever. I think Traps and my middle back (part of my traps) Will correct this.
