Ok so I'm really new to this and don't know much so go easy on me.
Im trying to gain a good 30-35lbs which i know is possible.
Stats:
age: 21 next month
ht: 5'10
lbs: 145 recently lost 10lbs
BF: 4.6%
have trained for 4 years

I've found that when i put all my effort into gaining its not to hard
and surprisingly easier to keep as long as i keep my cals up.
But due to severe asthma il gain a good amount and lose it all when it starts acting up. So i figure if i can get to my goal weight quicker it would be easier to keep on and less demoralizing.

I keep reading that beginners should only take test or one for the first cycle
but I have several other people telling me test won't do much by itself and spending a good chunk of money, time and effort without great results doesn't sound awesome.
Someone advised me on this stack, let me know what you guys think.

Test E 250mgX 2 a week 1-12wks
Deca 250mgX 2 a week 1-12wks
Dbol 50mg daily 1-8 wks

arimidex .50mg daily 1-12wks

pct: 14-18wks
hcg
clomid

Im averaging 3k to 4k cals a day of good clean food.

eat more , at 5. 10' 145lbs you are undereating big time... forget about the gear for a few more yrs , train hard but mostly work on you diet .Im also asthmatic and that has never hold me back , are you taking singulair , advair ? that will keep your asthma under control...

asthma should no affect your lifting, weight gain or your life style. im not sure what INH your on to control your asthma, but you should have a daily regimen that keeps your asthma under control to the point that you do not need rescue inhalers and have very few exacerbations. if you are needing rescue or having recurrent exacerbations go back to your PCP and change your daily regimen. The only time you should have an exacerbation is if you get sick, then its hard to control, but even then a few days of steroids and possibly antibiotics should get you back on track. With all that being said - your not a smoker are you???

Trust me i eat, I'm limited though since i'm allergic to whey and all dairy. Had my check up and I burn 1750kcals without exercising so anything over 3500cals does make me gain. On top of having severe asthma I have severe fungal polyps in my sinuses which makes everything worse. I wish my asthma was in check since the few weeks that I'm clear of it i make huge gains. Only to lose half of it when it comes back. I'm on flovent and have to use my inhaler on the daily usually a min of twice a day. I'v been working out long enough to have zeroed in on my ideal diet and workout regimen. i'v gained 13lbs in a month when I had clear asthma and was on a strict diet and workout. If not gear what do you guys think about HGH just to aid me to get over the hill. I've noticed after hitting over 150lbs my gains come quick.
Also wouldn't gear help with my joints? I already lift heavy and it starts to get tough on the joints. ex: chest 1mr 225, deadlift 255 X6 reps

I've seen a ton of doctors on the subject since my asthma gets so bad that I can't even think sometimes. If you feel me. But my new doc believes i might be getting autoimmune disorder. trying to clear it up.

until you get your health straight, i wouldn't even think of running juice. you have a lot of natural potential too

Too young and diet, training need to be corrected 1st...You can make gains even being alergic to certain foods

Head over to the diet forum and training forum...

In the meantime 20 is too young per the rules..
