I am 6'4 235 30 years old. I am looking to add some size . I have been training 2years very naturally with usually 3k calorie 300g protein a day. I am am done with supplements. For me it just doesnt work. I am not getting bigger What should I do?? Thx

Really. I have read that this would probably be best, and that I use Nolva & Clomid, follwing 12 weeks of 500 mg test, for PCT

At this point i would say, up the cals to 5000 a day. at 6'4, ure a big guy bro, so you need lots of cals to grow more. i say this because, 2 years of training is not enuff IMO.

I sound big but I. I look like like a pro baseball player, healthy looking, but lacking definition. So go to 5k calories?

Well, it's not wise to say you're done with supplements. If you aren't getting the gains you want with them, then you sure as hell aren't gonna start getting them by dropping the supplements.

I'm assuming that you're fairly lean at 6'4 235? Do you know, or have an idea as to what your bodyfat percentage is? Do you consider yourself to have a high metabolism? If so, then you need to up the calories. 300g is plenty of protein, but there is more to gaining size to just eating a boatload of protein everyday. I learned this myself a few years back. How many carbs and fats do you get? A layout of your daily diet would help. Keep the supplements. What supplements are you taking? Creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, multi-vitamin, ZMA, B-complex. These along with a solid diet are key to giving your body what it needs to make gains.

I know you probably posted up here trying to find out what steriod you needed to take, but that's not the answer to your problems. Yes, gear is a tool that help you make the gains you wanna make and transform your body into what you want it to become. But like all tools, it only works as good as the person who's using it. I'm sure you will get a few responses telling you to try Test....try Deca......try both! But if you really wanna take your body to the next level, then the best thing you can do is post your diet either here, or in the diet forum and let some of the bros here tell you what you need to add, and what you need to change with it. After that is in check and you have your body receiving the proper nutrition it needs to grow, then deciding on what type off AAS you wanna use will probably be the easiest part of the equation.

My body fat is 16 percent. I would say I have a little faster then avg. metabolism because I evry few hours. I am using creatine, along with a daily multi vitamin and I drink close 2 gallons of water daily. I usually intake about 50g fat per day with along with 3k calories and 300g of protein. Every one I talk to says gear is not a "cure all remedy", but I think I'm at a plateau that I cant get past.

i agree with jumpballwinner,
you need more cals. if you feel that you have reached a plateu, adjust diet(more cals) then, if you still dont gain, think about gear.
500mg test for 10 weeks with pct after
