I'd like to officially welcome all dnp - dinitrophenol - , GHB - gamma hydroxybutyric - , Insulin and IGF-1 users. Please use your best judgement when using thse products because it is no longer permitted to be candid and honest pertaining to their dangers. If someone says "that's not a good idea" for fear of damaging your pride, and you take the advice lightly, it could cause you grievous bodily harm and or death. The guys being flamed for poor decisions often ignore advice without members like myself pulling any punches. Obviously making everyone here feel safe and cozy is the #1 concern. If somebody gets poor results, dies or doesn't heed advice and suffers health problems, I'd like it to be made known that I am no longer in a position to offer straight forward constructive criticism for fear of hurting anyone's feelings. Therefore I will not be held liable for anyone's poor results, health issues, or untimely passing.

When I first joined EF years ago , I was flamed into oblivion for posting my off season and contest pics. The majority of the guys here don't have the balls to post pics at all. Nobody would even believe the pics were me largely due to the huge variance between my appearance off season to contest weight. I got called a fraud and a fat ass among other colorful expressions. I feel that this was way more of a personal insult than being called a retard. Especially when the retard, I mean mentally challenged person, is ignoring sound advice and waiting for the answer they were waiting for to justify their poor choices of whatever.

I will say that I think it's very unprofessional a mod to openly bomb me with absolute zero warning. This thread would've been enough. I can't help but feel a little persecuted when it's OK to get bombed by a mod and told that I'm no longer allowed to flame when nobody extended me that courtesy when I 1st joined. It's a good thing I wasn't a pussy or I'd have left then and there.

Did I cry to the mods? No.

Did I get over it? Yes.

Did some people leave here because they can't handle the truth? I don't know.

Did some people give me all of those K-hits because they agreed or liked what I had to say? Yes.


All I can say is that I was using steroids when a lot of guys here were still just a twinkle in their mama's eye. Until 8-9 years ago my only resources for anabolic androgenic steroids use were cheesy phocopies of the outdated Underground Steroid Handbook and so called gym gurus that were not exactle Rhodes Scholars. I did more personal risk and research myself than most members here will ever have to. Therefore when I see some 17 yr old on 6 different compounds(that he can't even spell correctly) for his 1st cycle posing online as a 30 yr old with 1-2 years of solid training(like it makes much of a difference?), it's difficult not to flip them shit for being a moron.

I'm also concerned with the whole bomb thing. What if a Platty Member Bombs someone for being stupid? Will he/she be banned??? If so, when is bomb use appropriate??? Is it not humiliating in the same way that flaming is? I think so. Not only that, but you can be blocked out for a period of time where you are completely defenseless. Now we all must walk on eggshells so that all of The Roid Store Customer Types can ask why taking Anadrol 50 - oxymetholone - and trenbolone is not a good 1st cycle.

I swear, if you can't handle a little ribbing online, why not use the block feature??? Problem solved. Why should everyone have to be so cordial and politically correct in a world that is not? It's not like this place is a church. What's next? No profanity? No discussion of illegal topics?

I'm all for playing by the new rules, but some people's idea of flaming could be merly disagreeing with someone on the dangers of insulin use. Will the person disagreeing be banned with no warning? Will this be especially true if they don't present their disagreement without plenty of hugs and kisses???

I have a better idea. Leave the rules like they were, and I'll delete my account. I'd rather leave here than be responsible for some stupid, overly sensitive wussy hurting themselves because they weren't warned sternly enough to listen. At least the guys being flamed may realize the severity of their contemplations once in awhile.

99% of the time this is the kinda stuff I do but because a few guys left their sense of humor in the beauty parlor, there's no more flaming allowed, at least by me(apparently I do it too well?).

A month or so ago some guy said fags were satanists. I'm not gay, but I thought that was some closed minded shit worthy of flaming. If someone insults a whole group of people, or says something unbecoming to them, will they be banned? I doubt it.

Selective enforcement against people like me that know how to spell and articulate themselves better than most people are who this new rule is targeting. The absolutely no flaming rule is just a pretty name for trying to get me to leave without pissing off the people that like me around here.

This new rule covers a broad spectrum of things. It's kinda like The Patriot Act. It gives the mods the ability to pick and choose what's covered what isn't. No democracy here. It's a dictatorship.

Funny how I was just about to purchase a Platy Membership. I ordered from AG about 6 times this past year too. That shit means nothing, all because a couple candy asses had to bitch that they had hurt feelings cuz I gave them the Retard Alert. Chances are those guys won't be here or even drive past the gym in another 6 months, and they get tended to while I get bombed. The squeaky wheel gets the grease I guess??? Then the board implements a new rule designed to make me leave w/o banning me and pissing anyone off that I help regularly or enjoys my sense of humor. Very sly.

I also like how the mod laying the smack down rarely even posts on this board. It seems as if the regular mods here don't want to be responsible for banning me and upsetting my friends so they push it off on some mod nobody knows. He just happens to be an MMA guy too. Not very sly. The problem is the guys that don't have a problem with my style don't go out of the way to tell the mods I'm one of their favorite posters. (Please don't bother)

If a mod would like to hack into my account's PMs, they'll see I'm already invited to other boards where I will be free to flame(or be flamed) at will. I know when I'm not wanted. Not everyone wants to help new people out -- this is why there are such high turnover rates on these types of message boards -- and those that learn what they need to know often stop posting with any regularity. It's all part of the cycle.

The anabolic forum is meant as an informative medium for discussion and harm prevention related to anabolic steroid use. If you can't handle not being able to resort to name calling and personal insults, then this specific place probably isn't the best fit for you. There are many boards out there that don't regulate such flaming -- EF's anabolic board isn't one of them.

I hope that this new policy is honestly for the the good of the Anabolic Forum and not out to please some of the paying sponsors here, (1 in particular I not so subtly refuse to name now). Actually I think the opposite holds true. Its very easy to tell someone you disagree with their ideas/cycle/workout etc without being a total ass and not pulling punches.

When you fail to use tact and reason and cross the line to insults the focus shifts from why something shouldnt be done to someone thinking "hey that guy is an a-hole".

No one here ever said you were going to be held accountable for someones failure because you failed to pull punches when warning them something was a bad idea. I think someone is much more likely to see your side if you intelligently disagree or better yet show proof as to why something is a bad idea.

Historically, "spam" is posting the same damn thing over and over.

A lot of spam is about money, but ideological spam is just as annoying. It usually involves someone who says (or thinks) "This is SO important that the rules don't apply to it." When THAT thought comes to mind, it means you're about to post something where it does not belong. Step back from the keyboard before it's too late.

For instance, posting the same thing in more than two of the boards here is spamming. A topic posted to four of our boards is off-topic in three of them -- because if that were not the case, we would not HAVE all four of those boards.
