GREAT WORK!!!! You've got an amazing physique. Keep doing whatever you're doing cause it's working. As far as track goes..... The 200 and the 400 will really help to put some size on those quads and glutes. I'm not sure if your school has one, but pulling a sled or a parachute will help as well. Good luck!
P.S. make sure to work your hams harder once you start sprinting becuase you don't want muscular imbalance which will lead to a pulled hamsting. And stretch stretch stretch!!!!!
you look like one of those guys that have a good natural build and walk in the gym straight to the bench press pose for a minute then proceed to do one set of your max weight. pick up your gym bag , walk over to the freeweights and do curls with the heavist weight you can get up 10 times for one set.
other than that! work out more than 2 times a week. I can imagine you started developing a little early that is the usaully for the thicker short man
