I'm sure Amy can handle sarcasm, and probably give it right back. We all joke like that with our friends, but she's the new girl and just feeling out the situation (no jersey shore). It's always easier IRL, when you can see the smile on someone's face, and their body language, to tell they're joking.

I'm sure Amy will fit in well here. :)
 
Wow, I spoke too soon. This is more of what I'm used to on here. Amy will learn her way like everyone else here.
I typed even worse than I do now when first came to the boards, lol.
Tighten that up Amy and learn to not take things so personally on here. I am here for fun and only take the peoples opinions I respect seriously.

Some people pushed it over the line in this thread and you know who you are. Amy is new and all of you should have known damn well i would be watching over how she is treated here her first week or so. Not the worst thread I have ever seen when a new female has come to the chat forum. So I see improvement. All in all not to bad guys but some of you need to help out and try just a little harder.

Lets let people settle in, look around and start to understand how the chat forum works. Let them see all the other threads/post and how everyone acts around here. You have to let people see they are not getting singled out but that everyone fucks off in chat. All in all the thread was fine with the exception of a few. Mods should have followed up though and cleaned that up. 4-5 mods in this thread I am sure this thread could look a lot cleaner then it did when I showed up. Now I will clean it up.

Who all on here competes? I have a show coming up and good info my ears are always open! I do bikini as I said for now, until I am figure ready! I started weight lifting this past February so I am not there yet I gained 10lbs muscle so I am now 122lbs off season and 116lbs competition time. I am 5ft 4in tall. My best dead lift so far was 210lbs, I want to hit 250lbs however, my best squat was 215lbs looking to hit the same 250lbs there and my best bench was 125lbs so a few over my weight not bad but looking for 135lbs + on that one ;) I recently paired up with a great trainer. Frank Castillega/ Mr. Colorado 2x winner, him and his wife have helped me quite a bit prepare for my next show and I really am happy to have them here in our tiny town! I am using all Needtobuildmuscle products for the show and I am fortunate enough to be sponsored by their great company for my next show! They have been a tremendous help as far as nutrition, supplements and information have gone for about 6 months now and I couldn’t ask for a better company backing me! I feel truly blessed that Mitch pointed me in their direction. As far as my photos go; I take some of my own showing progress for the Alpha Princess Stack that I have been taking from Needtobuildmuscle so they are my non professional quality but they do show the improvement hence their goal is met! Lol and I will be posting my final week of the stack tomorrow Oct 2nd 2010! Thank you all for your comments good and bad always reminds me how diverse the world can be in opinions, and keeps me guessing haha ;) have a good one all! Xoxo:qt:

Amy if it makes you feel any better I got a real good hazing when I joined. Not to mention I've been labeled crazy. I love it and just roll with the punches. It's all in good fun. Everyone loves to stir the pot up and mess with one another. Stick with it and you will find yourself joining in soon enough. :D

+1... i was ripped to shreds by a poster named Satanic Goatslayer!! OMG.. the guy was brutal. but i think the hazing is a GOOD thing & keeps the board fun & energized!

yes it does and After my 1st show I SO get the bikini thing when some girl who never had kids ( I have one and have to diet like crazy now to get ready and work my ass off) so this girl was like what did you eat for lunch (day of show) I go chicken and she said oh well I ate nachos GRRRRRRRRRRRR lol so I was turned off to bikini by they plus I think it should require being more tone not just thin. More muscles and take more work then it does for some! SO I totally agree with the bikini thing I hope I can gain enough muscles to hit figure by next year!

Add in all the dirt bikes and dirt track racing, etc., and you're just downright hawt!:chomp:

This would be a great first post of a new thread in the womens forum Amy. You'd probably get more quality opinions there too, and less, "looks good now poast n00dz!" type comments.

What I didn’t record was the 1st 3 200lbs dead lifts warm up where the dog about got it in the head lol he kept walking under the weights as I came down lucky for him it was controlled or bye bye dog haha note to self record next video at the gym not in my yard lol

Wulfie, the days that it was acceptable to haze new women, we also had a thriving women's board, a very active core group of women about five times the size of the one we've got now, and we could AFFORD to run off the newbs who couldn't take it. Right now we have a flailing women's fitness board, just a few girls who post regularly and most post only in chat. Girls like Amy who can contribute to the fitness board are really important for reviving that part of EF again, so I really hope she comes back and regularly contributes.
