New cycle help and log Katanadrol v3.0 and Sarms

I'm sure I'm going to have to do that. I decided to do the running just to get my endurance up. I get winded going up a flight of stairs but I can comfortably jog for 2 miles straight (at least not dieing lol). So I don't don't it just bothers the crap out of me! I usually superset a few exercises during my workout but when I'm looking to increase weight I usually stick to the normal.

Well...we fell asleep on the couch when we got home from work yesterday:-/. So we didn't make it to the gym by the time we woke up. So today will start our normal routine starting with back and biceps. Which will be great! We usually do a 3 on 1 off lifting schedule. Which has worked great for us and our schedule.

Ya know what's weird, I also can run, about a 5k and not be super winded, but those damn stairs!! Do you suffer from asthma or allergies? That's what I blame it on, I only run once every so often so I've always thought that I wasn't getting too winded because it was just a good breathing day.
I could be completely wrong
 
I do have allergys but not terribly. I have thought about going to a lung doctor just to get it checked out. It is even hard for me to breathing sitting down:-(. Which sucks!

Had a great back and bicep workout yesterday! With a tiny amount og cardio after. Which was so much better than before the workout!

Assisted pullups- 3 sets @ 10, 6, 6
One chin up in between the first and second set
Lat pulldowns 143lbs- 2 sets of 10, 8
Reverse lat pulldowns 110lbs- 2 sets of 10, 10
Seated cable rows 121lbs- 3 sets of 12, 12, 12
Alternating single arm dumbbell curls 20lbs- 3 sets of 10, 10, 10
Straight bar curls 40lbs- 2 sets of 15, 12

The bloating is finally going away!! Woo hoo!!!!:)

Awesome. Glad to see a log up. Even more glad that I was able to help you get your hands on SarmsSearch products. They're the best and safest out there, I never use anyone else for my sarms runs :)

Due to some family issues I took 2 days off from the gym. Back at it today and had a great workout!

Husband assisted pullups- 3 sets of 10
Chin up- 2
StarTrac high row 45lbs- 3 sets of 12
Superset with
Straight bar curls 45lbs- 3 sets of 12
StarTrac lat pulldown-55lbs12 reps, 70lbs 10 reps
Alternating DB curls- 25lbs 10reps, 20lbs 10 reps

Then did 20:25 mins on the treadmill. 1.69 miles and burned 230 calories.

Back tomorrow for chest and triceps.

As for sides I haven't seen anything I am worried about. No extra acne which is great! My face actually seems to have less acne ✊on wood!! Muscles seem harder which is great and my woman region seems to be a little extra sensitive. ..which isn't a bad thing! 😋

Incline DB press 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs- 3 sets of 15
Superset with
Incline DB Flys 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs- 3 sets of 15
Skullcrushers 60lbs- 3 sets of 12
Rope tricep extension 49.5lbs- 2 sets of 12
Superset with
Tricep pushdowns 66lbs- 2 sets of 12

No cardio today but hopefully will be back tomorrow with some cardio...depends how my legs feel after the work out!

Great workout today, very fast paced! Super happy with everything right now! The only noticeable side effect as of night now is my swollen women parts and...I'm ridiculously horny!!!!!! My husband and I are on nights right now (we get home at 4:20am) and I try to get lucky before bed and...yeah he doesn't like that too much lol!!! A good side but still a side. I will keep you ladies up to date with everything. :)
