Yeah, been hitting the gym pretty frequently over the past few months since, gained about about 6-7 lbs of muscle, so back up to like 176 or so....by the time I left Cancun to come home I was sick and pushing 167lbs or so as you can see in some the pics I posted after lol! Friggen mexican food did me in I think hehe.
Maybe I'll post a recent pic....see how much I've slipped lol! But to answer somebodies question before, I pretty much went form doing no cardio to 6-7 days of it for roughly 30-45 min each time hehe. Always changing up the tempo and machines to keep things fresh and prevent a plateau. Used elliptical, treadmill, did interval training on the stationary bike, etc. Ate pretty clean, nothing special....oatmeal, fresh veggies, salad or two a day, a lot of chicken, fresh fruit & protein smoothies, sweet potato here and there, and rationed the portions and cut out my late night snacking hehe.
