NEW before and after pics...8 weeks progress

you look decent in your first pic bro...nothing to laugh at. But your after pics look great! I don't see why you would want to get any leaner than that. You should start bulking again

i dont see any gyno at all....believe me, i have mild gyno and it sucks, ruins my physique. you dont have shit to worry about.
btw isnt gyno surgery covered by the government up there?
 
Yeah, been hitting the gym pretty frequently over the past few months since, gained about about 6-7 lbs of muscle, so back up to like 176 or so....by the time I left Cancun to come home I was sick and pushing 167lbs or so as you can see in some the pics I posted after lol! Friggen mexican food did me in I think hehe.

Maybe I'll post a recent pic....see how much I've slipped lol! But to answer somebodies question before, I pretty much went form doing no cardio to 6-7 days of it for roughly 30-45 min each time hehe. Always changing up the tempo and machines to keep things fresh and prevent a plateau. Used elliptical, treadmill, did interval training on the stationary bike, etc. Ate pretty clean, nothing special....oatmeal, fresh veggies, salad or two a day, a lot of chicken, fresh fruit & protein smoothies, sweet potato here and there, and rationed the portions and cut out my late night snacking hehe.
