by skillet i mean saucepan(s) there are a couple of them. I can cook almost everything in the large one.

Ya they make a bunch of different ones now. They are great for beginners or people who have a hard time telling cooking temps.

I just re read what I wrote last night, and I put no effort into that post. It was sloppy as all hell. Kick me in the ass guys when you see that shit. Samoth dos it most of the time but he can't always get to it.
