In the past I did the prep h in the love handles and garbage bags for the sweating, and found that just some aldactone and water manipulation worked just as well if not better. In the past I always tended to over diet in the end and come in flat and small, this is the first time I have trusted someone to tell me not to change anything and just drop the water...what a difference, looks like a different physique...
