needle sizes and how far do you stick it in the glutes

I have got a 22 guage and 1 1/4 inch needle for sustanon injections and have read about the depth of the needles! Are you guys actually putting the needle in all the way? Seems a bit deep looking at the needle! I will administering it myself since don't trust anyone to keep there mouths shut so wanted to make sure I was doing it right. I am aware of drawing back to make sure you are not in a vein before injecting.

I perfer 1 1/2 inch for glutes, the deeper the better. The oil distributes more evenly the deeper it goes. I wouldn't use anything smaller than an inch even if your ass is lean. My friend used a 1 inch one time and got this huge lump on his right glute right before he went to Mexico. The doctors thought it was from a spider bite and he didn't tell them what was up because he didn't want trouble with customs.
