hmm I take benadryl cheap and works for me.. Ive been thinking about giving needttosleep a shot.. but not sure if it really would work for me

lol dude if benadryl puts you to sleep need2sleep WILL knock you the hell out! seriously. its powerful stuff. and i'm hard to get to sleep. I've taken it all and nothing but need2sleep has ever helped me sleep. its only knocked me out once on day one i have a high tolerance to stuff, nevertheless it works and the dreams you have are well vivid is an understatement.

Need2Sleep is an excellent product all the way around. The first night I tried it I took two caps and could barely get up the next morning. I think two would be ideal if you were using TrenTFO or similar where insmnia is a known side. If you just want a good nights sleep, one has been ideal for me. I sleep all night and very seldom wake up for 6-7 hours which is something I have never done. This product is the shit!

I am glad to hear that you are pleased with the results and that you are now able to sleep.

Yes every person is different. Some people may need to use just 1 cap while others will need 2. It all depends on the ease of sleep per person. For instance, myself all I would need is 1 (I really dont need any I can sleep all day long and all night) where as my husband who is bigger than myself and who has sleep issues and was on Rx sleep aids has to take 2 caps.
The timing that it takes to fall asleep after taking the caps also changes per person. Not every person is alike.
