need some suggestions for the EF interviews i'm gonna start doing

something i've been meaning to do for some time.
got a good bunch of peeps in mind, starting with poboy if he submits.
but the help i need is with the format...i wanna hsve it be conversational and friendly, like a phone convo or person to person convo.
but i can't record over the cell phone and meating in person is not feasible, so what's the best way?
needto suggested PM's but i think that's too slow.

yeah but with skype i'd have to record the convo, or write it down as we went, severly fuggin up the flow i want to establish (rapid fire)

yes you can copy/paste in chat. Some vista OS have problems, but you can just highlight and click control-c to get around it.

yeah, thats what we do to look at eachother's pics and stuff

in plat chat you dont have time to think about your answer before you fire it off, pretty much like a regular conversation
