just picked up some winni-v its been a while since I've been on gear. also grabbed some 300mil-deca. took my first jab of deca tonight but have been getting conflicting stories of when to do the winnie-v. have had some friends tell me its only active for a short period of time, when should I take my shot? a few hours before training or early morning? I train at 6 p.m. 4 nights a week want to lose some weight before bikeweek. any ideas? thanks
