Need some direction

Ok, I am 30 and weight around 175 and am 6ft. I have been training for years but can't seem to reach the next level. I have ran gear in the past, but didn't research it and now looking back there is no wonder nothing worked. I know part of my problem is my protien intake. I am wanting to run Test E and Deca and have researched it the best as I can (considering there is soo much out there along with soo many different ways) This is what I am thinking...

1-12 300-Test E - EW
1-10 200- Deca - EW
PCT

My question is does this sound like the cyle I need and any suggestions on easy way to get the protien I need, other than eat alot and that may be the only answer?

Welcome to EF, you have come to the right place to learn...

6ft and only 175 is light, I'd bet you that your diet needs work. Post up what you're eating and your training routine and we'll go from there...

I know that is the problem. Can't seem to make myself eat all that is needed.

1st meal (7ish)- toast and 3 boiled eggs
2nd (10ish)- oatmeal and apple
3rd (post workout 1ish)- sandwich & 2 boiled eggs
4th (4ish) - yogurt & peanut butter sandwich
5th (7ish) - Dinner (whatever is cooked)
6th (9ish) - Cereal

Workout:
Mon - Back
Tue - Chest
Wed - Legs
Thur - Arms
Fri - Shoulders / Traps

The eating above is on a good day. The workout and the gear would be the easy part for me. The eating is ROUGH.

I would not run deca right now bro. Just run 500mg of test ew for 10 weeks. have arimadex on hand for estrogen sides. Get thate here Online Pharmacy - Prescription Medications, Generic Drugs, Herbal Remedy

2 weeks after the cycle is over start pct. 4 weeks of Testosterone Recovery Stack will work perfect for pct bro.


To help get in more protein I would start with a few things like this..

Better Protein Bars they came 12 bars to a pack. The only 100% natural protein bars you are ever going to find. Only ones to taste good to lol. 26 grams protein per bar and 425 cals. That will help beef you up.

Caloric intake is way low, food (protein) builds muscle, gotta eat more and properly...

You need a serving of protein and cabs IMMEDIATELY after training (shake?) and then a meal 1 hour later...

Meal #5 "whatever is cooked?" what if what's cooked is a big helping of lard? OK, that's a bad joke but you get the idea...

You are OVERtraining. 5 days in a row without a day off? NO WAY. 2-3 days on 1 off, you're not giving your body a chance to rest, which is when you grow...

Needto (The MAN) hooked you up, use that week of Plat to search this site, ESPECIALLY the diet and training forums. In addition, get his cookbook

Make these changes and the gear will be there waiting for you down the road...

Needto's the man!

I too would stick too the Test @ 500mgs /wk done in two shots ie Mon. & Thurs.

You could do a Dbol kicker for 4 weeks @ 25-30 mg a day.

Throw away your cycle - or put it to the side.

Up your calories/protein and if you already did that but put on fat weight then step up and lift more intensely/heavier.
