OK. Currently im on Winter Break from college. I lost a lot of weight during college because of poor nutrition (campus food sucks BALLS)
Well im back home, got the nutrition back on track just need a routine. Was thinking more like rippletoes which i did, but i feel like only 3 days a week is nothing even tho it is 'recommended'. im thinking of MT-RF split with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday off. Anyone sugggest anything?

Height: 6'3
Weight: 160~ (going up since im actually eating now)
Lift records: HORRIBLE
