Ok this is a supplement workout question but please dont move all you guys in this forum give the best advice. My buddys son is 16 he is just starting to workout for fottball and I want to help him out. What are the best ways for him to take supplement as Protein Glutamine and creatine IE how much and when to take and also what kind of workout do you reccomend Thanks guys you ROCK
