To P-Curls - thank you for the encouragement, yes this was a lifestyle change. Unfortunately I was a smoker as well and stopped in 2000. That was my first indicator that if you really want to do something, you can. It just took me 5 years to get into the gym. As far as the legs go, I have stopped legs for a while due to having to have fluid drained from knee. Doc said treadmill & leg program was the cause. So, I let the leg weights sit for a while and stick to bike, elliptical & inclined treadmill fast walk. 10 fat grams p/day was due to cholesterol of 295 in 10/05 which is now down to 180 and dropping.

I'm straddling b/t this forum and the diet forum both which have been incredibly resourceful. Researching Clen alot so I know what I'm getting into. Seems to be awesome in the fat elimination. Gym buds leans towards Winnie but that's guys that don't have a real fat problem to begin with. I'm ready to give one of these a shot.
Ok bro, it sounds like you have your mind made up, so I will try to steer you in the right direction. clen is a good aid but it becomes less efective over time. so you need to cycle it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, and start out with a minimal dose. And for winstrol, it is very liver toxic. it is kind of harsh, the immediate side effects arent that bad, but what it can do in the long run is the problem. Dont get me wrong it has its place, not a good first cycle . A good first cycle would be test e, or cyp. between 250 and 500 mgs per week, to avoid any bloat, run liquidex at .5 mgs per day. this is a good beginner, you will need clomid and nolva. due some searches on the these and see what you think.and another thing you can run with the cycle, and only when your on the cycle, is liquid femera, it will help with the strogenic fat, you are trying to lose. good luck. :)

Muscle gains have been excellent in arms, legs chest & shoulders. However abdominal area is not progressing and overall body fat is not decreasing. Starting body weight 207. Medical diagnosis of metabolic syndrome which pertains to central region excessive body fat as well as overall body fat, hypertension and high cholesterol. Two of the 3 have been fixed but progress is slow if any on the fat reduction. Supplements have been minimal except for aminos, green tea and protein. Caloric intake is less than expenditure and will continue to be until goals are reached. I am to the point of looking for some gear but am very uneasy about finding reputable resources. Any assistance for a beginner would be helpful. Planning on test/win as first choice but open to experienced suggestions. Considering the company of this forum my stats suck but have 100% motiviation to change this, just looking for some pharm. help.

Yo Mang... u should go with clenbuteral if u wanna lose weight and look good ...Next to nothing for side effects if any... I have alot of friends using it.. i had one friend that went form 220lbs to 190lbs in a month .... scary
but it worked.... u just gotta do alot of cardio.. it even takes the pudge off ur face..
