Need assistance

71jason

New member
34 y/o male 5'6" 221 lbs approx 20% BF
10 fat grams p/day diet for last 18 months - high protein - no sugars etc..etc..

workout routine approx 2 hours p/day for past 9 months
abs/cardio/arms
chest
back/cardio
shoulders
arms/cardio

Muscle gains have been excellent in arms, legs chest & shoulders. However abdominal area is not progressing and overall body fat is not decreasing. Starting body weight 207. Medical diagnosis of metabolic syndrome which pertains to central region excessive body fat as well as overall body fat, hypertension and high cholesterol. Two of the 3 have been fixed but progress is slow if any on the fat reduction. Supplements have been minimal except for aminos, green tea and protein. Caloric intake is less than expenditure and will continue to be until goals are reached. I am to the point of looking for some gear but am very uneasy about finding reputable resources. Any assistance for a beginner would be helpful. Planning on test/win as first choice but open to experienced suggestions. Considering the company of this forum my stats suck but have 100% motiviation to change this, just looking for some pharm. help.
please email
thanks in advance.

Give Thermorexin (T-Rex) a go before you hop on the gear train. It's an excellent product I vouch personally for it and have no financial interests in the company. There should be a link to the AF Store available to you on the website around the top area banners... check it out.

{T-Rex} :theranger :kaioken: {user burning fat off}

Thanks SGT. I've read through your 7 wk plan and many of your other posts. I've not been successful with some of the over the counter supps I've done (Hydroxy, Xantrex, Viraloid *test booster* and so on) and have come to the conclusion that the only thing getting lighter is my wallet. Will research T-Rex. Do you agree or disagree with using gear to gain muscle which will help to replace fat? I am intending to change my workout routine and stop weights for a couple of weeks and do 5 days a week of cardio...just to change it up a bit.

look into Clenbuterol - may help you burn off some of that fat.
Winnie or Var may be a pharma alternative for you as well.

your abs are strong you just can't see them. The adipose tissue (fat) that surrounds the male midsection is the hardest to lose and it just takes time and discipline.

Keep lifting, and stick to your cardio. if you drop the weights and do 5 days of cardio,it will be very catabolic.you worked hard for the muscle you have so you need to protect it. and also you need to train legs, it should be in your split. if you are looking to mix it up, try some different exercises. I am impressed by you dedication and drive. it looks like you have made a lifestyle change.next look at your diet, you need more than 10 grams of fat per day, your body is holding on to the fat, because it knows you are starving . check out the diet board, there is a ton of info there. and you diet needs to be in check before you look into any chemicals, if you dont eat, you cant grow. the diet you have been running has got you to where you are at. and you body has caught on. Just try fine tooning it, and you will reach your goals good luck bro.

clen wil deffinately help as well as T-3 them two combined are great but be careful with the T-3

Question:
You say "no sugars".

Please tell me what you mean by that.

I ask because I have found that the control of "sugar" intake is fundemental to fat and stored water control. The usual problem is in an understanding of all sugars.

Thank you for all the feedback, new to forum and figured I'd get snuffed considering all the "newbie" threads.

To thelion2005 - No sugars, I meant that if is sweet or was a craving...I'm staying away. Unused sugar turns to fat????

To P-Curls - thank you for the encouragement, yes this was a lifestyle change. Unfortunately I was a smoker as well and stopped in 2000. That was my first indicator that if you really want to do something, you can. It just took me 5 years to get into the gym. As far as the legs go, I have stopped legs for a while due to having to have fluid drained from knee. Doc said treadmill & leg program was the cause. So, I let the leg weights sit for a while and stick to bike, elliptical & inclined treadmill fast walk. 10 fat grams p/day was due to cholesterol of 295 in 10/05 which is now down to 180 and dropping.

I'm straddling b/t this forum and the diet forum both which have been incredibly resourceful. Researching Clen alot so I know what I'm getting into. Seems to be awesome in the fat elimination. Gym buds leans towards Winnie but that's guys that don't have a real fat problem to begin with. I'm ready to give one of these a shot.
