I think they look sad by today standards. The upper bodies and serratus are often impressive.
Their legs are so tiny. Ronnie's legs are so enormous. That's one of the things (and his back) that make him seem so enormous. Maybe those giant legs are the benefits of AAS.
But I wonder if it isn't the squat. Wasn't all this before squatting. Push ups, chins, curls, dumbell presses, shoulder and one arm presses. That's what the good upper bodies come from. I don't think they had squat racks or did heavy squatting.
I wonder if it's the AAS/GH or the lack of heavy squats that makes their legs so tiny?
