No, I think in many cases it cannot happen. I suspect that is because of Wharton's Rule which is an exception to conspiracy. Wharton's Rule says that you cannot be charged with conspiracy if the crime by its nature must involve two people - A simple drug deal has to involve two people - you and the dealer. Feel free to look it up. Now, if you got together with friends and conspired to buy, then it might be possible to get you on conspiracy, but still highly unlikely.

Oh, and just because people can choose to do something isn't really that significant. George Bush could choose to become a socialist, too, but it's not something I need to seriously consider.

Ill be honest I doubt anything anyone says will change your mind. I believe you are here just to argue and thats cool. but i am done talking about this topic. I agree it is highly unlikly any of us who purchased from these dealers will get a visit unless they need more witnesses, which it apperas they have enough to send alot fo these peeps away.

As I said before the letter clearly states "you have not broken the law and the HGH is generic and not approved for sale in the United States so the package will be returned to the sender." I've been told that is why HRT clinics have had to switch back to brand name HGH instead of the generic compounding rx kind. The big drug companies win again and the consumer gets screwed.

So your doc says he wont write for test CY.P because it is a class 3? Your doc is feeding you a line of shit. Will he write for narcotics if your in pain? those are class 3? anyways I am done with this arguement too. it really is a waste of board space.

No, I am not here just to argue. I seriously would like a good answer. Yes, you and the dealer would be two people. But Wharton's Rule says that if the nature of the crime necessarily involves two people then it's not conspiracy. And a drug deal necessarily involves two people. Maybe I should call Rick Collins to see what he thinks, but he is probably very busy.
