Wharton's Rule says that you cannot be charged with conspiracy if the crime by its nature must involve two people - A simple drug deal has to involve two people - you and the dealer. Feel free to look it up. Now, if you got together with friends and conspired to buy, then it might be possible to get you on conspiracy, but still highly unlikely.
Oh, and just because people can choose to do something isn't really that significant. George Bush could choose to become a socialist, too, but it's not something I need to seriously consider.
Would you and the drug dealer not count as 2 people conspiring to deal/buy an illegal drug?
Ill be honest I doubt anything anyone says will change your mind. I believe you are here just to argue and thats cool. but i am done talking about this topic. I agree it is highly unlikly any of us who purchased from these dealers will get a visit unless they need more witnesses, which it apperas they have enough to send alot fo these peeps away.
I wish you the best.
