I’m sorry Eddy but LE doesn’t need a warrant to talk to you, should you tell them that you have nothing to say their going to just let it go. Their going to ask you to go down to the police station so they can conduct a more through investigation. Should you still fail to comply they now have you for obstruction of justice and will be placed under arrest. You have to remember all they need is probable cause and with your emails they’ve got exactly that.
Your house may be clean but the emails that were sent over the past year and half is evidence that can and more than likely will be used against you in a court of law. I personally believe that LE is going to want to send a message to the general public that if you decide to use steroids and get caught you will be dealt with and the best way to do that is to prosecute a certain number of end users.
Harley, I believe your correct. It would to time consuming and cost too much money for LE to go after each individual on the list. I believe they’ll target the individual(s) who bought on a larger scale regardless of whether they were in possession of any contraband.
