Great post mate and seems great supplements.
I want to know if I'll take that capsules daily then should I do exercise as well or the capsule only will help me to burn fats?

^^^^ yes bro.. you always want to exercise daily for atleast 1 hour no matter what. N2amp is good stuff.. all the fat burners on NTBM are in a class of their own

Man, I took 6 N2 Amp and 1 heaping scoop of N2KTS (have to order more of each...running low) and want to talk about the Beta Alanine tingle...it hit me hard this morning, and cardio and legs were effortless...only problem is I hit hams really good and they are so tight right now, but talk about rocket fuel!
