My Thoughts on Yohimburn....(condensed)

hes running a low-cal / low-carb diet right now. he's looking into putting some into his pecs(for the chest), arms(biceps/triceps) and face.

how many drops should he use for each body part stated and how does he cycle them per body part ? he's around 5"7 185pounds (overweight)

he's gonna use it with R-ala/NYC. he just came of ECA around 2 weeks ago.

he's looking into 1800-2000 calories per day.

Bro, i used this crap and I am already lean, so i would have saw results had there been any...and there were NONE...most of the yohimbine in the solution was in chunks that were WAY TOO BIG to pass through the skin. total wastes of money to me...

the product that you used it october of 2001 is not comparable to even the original yohimburn (and certainly not the new DF) that is now sold. The formulation has changed significantly and the yohimbine now used is 100% jet micronized( a particle size that is so fine that the loose powder will rub into your skin, without abrasion). while the product you used and the one now share a common origin, they are not the same creature.

However, that being said, not everyone has high A2 density and if you used for puffy nipples success rates are 60-80%.

though it is true that part of the reason for less than amazing results was lack of refinement of the final product at that time, particularly the lack of a consistent micronization, which is no longer the case. Though, even then, it should have produced at least decent to good results. so any input form you can help to determine why it did not work or was not efficious.

mac,not sure what oz i got, but i stay around 8-10% , so i can always tell when BF drops, specially if it was to drop in the area i was puttin the yohim, which was my lower abs and outer, lower pecs( which is my hardest area to get striated,unless winny is involved:), but i saw no results...) Im sure cardio and diet play major roles in the suspected results from this product, but i think people use yohim then diet and excercise correctly to justify the use of the product and they see results cause they worked hard not neccessarily cause of the product...but thats just my opinion, what do i know, but hopefully the new product is better...


oh yea, and to answer the when?. i used it while in season and i was runnin around 12miles a week so i know cardio wasnt a factor...

The people using the DF now are getting great results even without the diet and cardio we recommend. It does work much better with it though.

You ran 12 miles a week and didn't lose body fat? The only thing I can think of is that your diet needs to be fixed. I don't know anyone who does that much cardio and doesn't lose body fat. With or without fat burners.

haha, i didnt say i didnt lose BF as a whole over my entire body...the areas i hit with the yohim were the areas i have always had probs with until i hit HGH. 12 miles a week was our norm, and my diet was on par, but just because a person does a shitload of cardio and eats right doesnt mean they have the genetics to get to 5% BF, just look at major league pitchers, they run more than i do and most that I know eat a healthy diet, but they still are not what i would call lean...and even some of my fellow teammates are the same way. Cardio and diet are powerfull tools, but nothing makes up for genetics,well cept maybe growth...

Dial tone, I can die knowing I have seen every username possible now. That's a riot. Is there a story behind that name?

Yohimburn will help you lose fat if you are 22% or 10%. But the 10% guys can obviously see it better. If I were you I would lose the next 5-7% with diet and cardio before trying to use fat burners.

Mikecsa bought one of the early versions of Yohimburn and wasn't satisfied and once or twice every couple months he likes to post that it didn't work for him. I think this is his 9th post about it in a year. In the beginning it didn't work for everyone because some of the ingredients were not refined enough. I can tell you that there are over 5000 people it DID work for and that number keeps growing very quickly now that the new DF is out. The DF kicks fat butt.
