Okay I just got my yohimburn today and need some info. I'm gonna be using it on my face and nipples, thats it but im also in the middle of bulking... never used steroids so im pretty sure that both the puffy face and nipples are due to high estrogen in those areas. I stay lean pretty much everywhere else when i bulk, except for those 2 areas, anyways im wondering should i wait til im dieting to use the yohimburn? or will it work good while bulking and maybe adding some cardio.
