really depends on usage.. how much and how long..

if you plan on dieting strictly (and/or jacking up cardio) for more than 4wk then get 2 bottles.. otherwise just get one and see how you respond.. you can always get another.
 
I just bought 2 bottles.

They should last 4 weeks or so.......

However, on a different note, the last Yohimburn bottle I tried
was definately UNDER normal quality.

The solution was not homogenous like all the rest I've used, it was speckled with tiny bits of(looked like little chunks of
Yoh). And yes, I did shake the living daylights out of the bottle but it still stayed the same.

I was a bit dissapointed. I had to shelve it.

So Macro. One question:

What is the definition of an 'application'? I started on the DF today and use 1/4 pipette on each nipple area.

Was this correct, or should I use 1/4 across both pecs?

Also, I plan on focusing on chest only right now to see results but would also like to do lower tummy. Can I wait to focus on that area only after I am done with pecs or should I work on them both simulatanously?

Looking forward to results on my drooping pecs that are otherwise lean and muscular.

how much is too much is dependent on calorie deficit.. with a low deficit 1/4 for the whole chest.. with low to moderate calorie deficit perhaps 1/4 per side. moderate too high deficit.. chest1/3 for entire chest and 1/4 to 1/2 for lower abs.. etc.. though it really depends on you individually..

btw- are you using for puffy nips or just fatty chest?
 
most people use too much in relation to calorie deficit.. unless you are dieting "hard" or have greatly increase activity level.. keep dosage on the low end (you can try the higher dosages to see how you respond to them..)
