here's a kinda unrelated question
Yuo mentioned after workout you need High GI carbs, and i am about to start a stack of creatine, dextrose, and protien. Now if I have a post workout drink with all those supplements, do i also need to eat something? I'd assume yes, but what kind of food would be best? I shouldn't need any more carbs right, So i guess protien would be the best? Thanks you guys.
