my results with L-glutamine (so far)

I've been using L-glutamine powder for 3-4 days now, 3 times a day. Before breakfast, right after a workout with my shake, and before my last meal of the night. I have not noticed anything in the gym yet in terms of recovery, but what I have noticed is improved sleep. I have slept like a rock the last 3-4 nights since I started using it. Perhaps its forcing me into the repair and recovery process by helping me sleep more? anyone want to share their experiences with glutamine?
 
I know it works, but I take a lot other supps so I don't know what to say "works" lol
I don't think your supposed to take it with your protein shake, as it fights with the glutamine or something in your protein .. Maybe someone with more knowlege can shed some light?
 
Yep have noticed that too ( theortically increases GH pulse at night )


In terms of Muscle recbvery its all about dose

some need only 10 grams a day some need 20-25

ether way its good for you
