I've been using L-glutamine powder for 3-4 days now, 3 times a day. Before breakfast, right after a workout with my shake, and before my last meal of the night. I have not noticed anything in the gym yet in terms of recovery, but what I have noticed is improved sleep. I have slept like a rock the last 3-4 nights since I started using it. Perhaps its forcing me into the repair and recovery process by helping me sleep more? anyone want to share their experiences with glutamine?
