You will die from over training and over stressing your body if you don't wise up and listen to what everyone has been telling you here (and every other board your on) for years! Start downing 3 huge scoops of natty peanut butter along with all of your 6 pussy ass meals! Quit the cardio period! Get your mind off your body for two fucking seconds and enjoy the life you were blessed with! Hit the gym 3 Xs a week and try fast food for a month. Fuck, I give up....
