My Psycho 2-3 week Diet plan

i've done all the research, so here it is...

basic keto diet, just a little extreme

eat nothing (and i mean NOTHING) but chicken and tuna
- no sides, no sauces... just a plain chicken breast/can of tuna/protein shake per meal, nothing but water to drink

total of around 1800cal/day
no more than 25 carbs
1/4 cc liquidex/day
1/2 tab of the chinamans superclen/day
appropriate EFAs

also thinking about adding NYC

i'll let you all know how it goes.... hopefully i wont end up demented before its all done.
 
Be prepared to lose some muscle, in addition to the fat with a diet like that. But atleast it's only for 2-3 weeks, so you shouldn't lose much. You need some fat in there bro. Flax, fish oil, or olive oil with atleast your first 2 meals. That's your fuel. I'd throw in some green veggies too, like broccoli.

not enough fat my man. it's "basically" not a keto diet at all. You;re just going to be low fat and low carbs, meaning things are going to go to hell. You'll be using the protein you ingest for your main source of glucose to perform basic life functions, never mind maintain a healthy metabolism and repair lost muscle. Just do a ckd or a tkd..they're tried and true..don't go all mad scientist and make your own, because it won;t work. I think any kind of diet that works has been thought of and applied by now. Another thing you might not understand is that if you;re not using any kind of dnp or whatever, there's no way you can safely lose a lb. or so or more a week of just fat..It's going to be muscle and water too. Just put yourself in a 3200 caloric defacit weekly and be satisfied with a lb of solid fatloss per week.

All of this advice is true. Constipation without fiber and low to no blood sugar will make shitty catabolic workouts. If you are trying to lose extreme weight in the next few weeks eat clean and try lowering your salt intake to drop water. A OTC diuretic or even Lasix in 20-30 mg doses with a Potassium supp, would yield the fastest results without crashing.
