i've done all the research, so here it is...
basic keto diet, just a little extreme
eat nothing (and i mean NOTHING) but chicken and tuna
- no sides, no sauces... just a plain chicken breast/can of tuna/protein shake per meal, nothing but water to drink
total of around 1800cal/day
no more than 25 carbs
1/4 cc liquidex/day
1/2 tab of the chinamans superclen/day
appropriate EFAs
also thinking about adding NYC
i'll let you all know how it goes.... hopefully i wont end up demented before its all done.
