Pitbull, yes its definantly the genetics letting me eat it! I actually havn't eaten mcdonalds in 5 or 6 months, but taco bell, wendys, and chickfila are a totally different story!!
Chazk, I really appreciate that critique and the good words!! I've been working the hell outta my upper chest because its always lagged behind the rest of my body and i think its finally started to catch up. Although I do think the center of my chest needs more thickness, but I think I found a good movement that well help concentrate on that area. Again thanks for the excellent critique. You take a really intelligent approach to proportions and I really like that.
Slyder, I hate to say it...but the last time I can remember that I worked traps...was baout 6 weeks ago. My traps and my thighs are the two muscles in my body that grow the fastest. I work my thighs every 2 or 3 weeks, to keep them from getting too out of proportion to my calves (motherfuckers). The traps I dont dare work every week or even every other week. They get out of proportion with the rest of me...and I'm really really avoiding the huge-trap turtle look. I don't have any set regiment for traps and I think one of the only excersizes that has been building it is heavy dumbells curls (50lb each) because on the last couple reps I may shrug my shoulders up a little on accident.
The diet is earlier on in the thread...high cals, carbs and protein. 5000cals per day, whole gallon of milk, eat everything i can get my hands on!
