My Post Cycle Pics and Info.

Alright bros, I've been getting a lot of PM's about my diet, training, cardio, gear, etc, so I figure I'll just lay it all out in this thread. There are a few pics in my sig that everyone should be able to view, even you non-plattys!

Stats:
6'2
190-195lbs
6-7%bf
49in chest
31in waist
17.5in arms
26in quads
Not telling you calves because them motherfuckers REFUSE to grow damnit!! (If anyone has a secret, TELL ME! I've tried everything! I'm about to use syntherol damnit..! :worried: )

I've been post cycle for about 4 weeks and have retained most all of the weight I've gained from this cycle (without PCT!):

Tbol, 50mg/ed, 1-5wks
Tren Acet, 100mg/eod, 1-10wks
Test Enth, 750mg/wk, 1-10wks

This is the fourth or fifth cycle (can't remember right off hand) and the first time I've ran Tbol. I gotta say that shit is GREAT! Like everyone says, all the good things of dbol without the negatives! This was also the first time I ran tren for the full 10 wks. I usually run it 6wks but I'm suprised at how much I was satisfied with running it for 10.

As far as the diet goes: BULK! I stay so lean purely because of genetics, which means its a motherfucker for me to put weight on! I consume roughly 5k cals throughout the day along with a gallon of whole milk. The milk was really what set this diet apart from any I had done in the past. If you can handle the bloating, gas, and fucked up digestive system, do it! Gotta be careful though, most people will get fat easy with that! The calories would come from anything and everything I could get my hands on. There was never a real specific regime of food, I just made sure I got all the calories in each day.

Cardio? NOPE! Like I said, I'm the epitemy of an ectomorph and I stay away from any kind of activity that will burn calories, other than my usual workout.

Please take a look at the pics and let me know what you see needs improvement! (The calves are already a given...lol, as are the quads)

If you guys have any questions please direct them here. We're all in the same game together and I'd love to be able to give back some of what I've learned here! Take care bros!

would there be a safe...not to long as in 4 weeks - 6 weeks just oral cycle?
a couple of my buddies are on...dbol and winstrol ...tbol and winstrol and they say its working wicked for them?
 
Get on HGH so you can lose that waist line. Get it up to a distended 40".

Otherwise ... try to pack on 15 more pounds over a year keeping the same proportions. The Lord gave you some excellent genetics.

Getbig, to be honest I'm probably not the one you need to ask about cutting cycles, simply because I've never had to. I know I was really impressed with tbol, so if you're wanting an oral only cycle that wont make you retain water or gain a shitload of weight, thats probably the route you wanna go. But like I said, I'm not the all-knowing in that field lol.

Lion, I got that PM and am anxious to try that tomorrow!! How many reps would you do per leg? I know I'll do it until I can't, but I'm curious. I appreciate you taking the time to write that and send it to me! I love my genetics, I just know its gonna take awhile for me to get really big. I can't wait too see what I look like at 220!

tbol is some good stuff no doubt. have you tried a high dose of var yet. its the only oral i like better than good ole tbol. still tbol is the best kicker cause it hits in 3 days and boosts libido like prop

Nope, I've never used 'var before, too damned expensive sometimes! Ive been considering it though. The only other oral I've ran is dbol and that gave me high BP and actually bloated me. Tbol is definantly my new favorite.
 
Because I've used clomid for PCT every time other than these past two cycles. Clomid always made me feel shitty and I swear I never felt any crash when coming off gear. So I decided to try no PCT on one of my cycles and oddly enough I felt better than when taking Clomid. Like now, I'm 4 weeks clean and feel great! I've been able to keep the gains I've made just as well as when on clomid too. I never felt depressed or moody or whatever the symptoms of crashing may be.

And never, not even once in my life, have i ever had a problem getting a hardon :evil:

tbol was my favorite as well anyone will tell you. then i tried var at 100mg ed and that changed everything

dude i run heavy duty pct lol. always 10 days of hcg with clomid and nolva and an AI. i don't give a fuck. if it was just var i would have only ran clomid nolva but with a long cycle like i'm on hcg is a must. i used to do what khemix does with winny and do no pct. it worked funny, but i got a limp dick last run with deca and test and solid pct so no thanks
 
lookin swole bro... like the vascularity in the bi's. We're about the same size, stature. Currently running test-e @ 500mg/wk, 50mg proviron & 60mg stanz ed, on week 4 and feeling like a god. Can only imagine if I added Tren Ace.

dude i was a lil skeptical at first most guys pick and choose the pics that they think makes them look biggest and hide the ones that make them look the smallest.
I looked at all your pics and have to say you look great in all of them .You cant hide any flaws during the front double bicep pose thats where alot of guys chest disappear and biceps fall flat. But you look great chest is fully sculpted at the lower insertions and biceps have a great peak and it makes your waiste look tiny man

Pitbull, yes its definantly the genetics letting me eat it! I actually havn't eaten mcdonalds in 5 or 6 months, but taco bell, wendys, and chickfila are a totally different story!!

Chazk, I really appreciate that critique and the good words!! I've been working the hell outta my upper chest because its always lagged behind the rest of my body and i think its finally started to catch up. Although I do think the center of my chest needs more thickness, but I think I found a good movement that well help concentrate on that area. Again thanks for the excellent critique. You take a really intelligent approach to proportions and I really like that.

Slyder, I hate to say it...but the last time I can remember that I worked traps...was baout 6 weeks ago. My traps and my thighs are the two muscles in my body that grow the fastest. I work my thighs every 2 or 3 weeks, to keep them from getting too out of proportion to my calves (motherfuckers). The traps I dont dare work every week or even every other week. They get out of proportion with the rest of me...and I'm really really avoiding the huge-trap turtle look. I don't have any set regiment for traps and I think one of the only excersizes that has been building it is heavy dumbells curls (50lb each) because on the last couple reps I may shrug my shoulders up a little on accident.

The diet is earlier on in the thread...high cals, carbs and protein. 5000cals per day, whole gallon of milk, eat everything i can get my hands on!

Again, I wanna thank everyone for taking the time to help me along the way and for the kind words here. Thanks people!

Yea bro, I've really learned more here than I could ever repay. In the time I've been here i've learned more from peoples own personal trials and errors and experiences than I think any book could teach me. The least I could do is go Plat and support the site. Damn, almost 4 yrs!

jkurz, I'm on a bulking diet right now lol. I have been and have never stopped a builking diet since i got real serious about the bodybuilding thing! I definantly never lose the abs, and now the veins are starting to run from the top down and bottom up, almost meeting in the middle!

athlete, being ecto is a motherfucker and a gift from god all at the same time. It takes longer for us to get big, but when we do we stay lean and look 10x better than these big heavyweight guys. I wouldn't give up my genetics for anything, other than these fuckin calves! Good luck bro and let us know how it goes!

Well I'm chaning my routine and split right now, but during that cycle here it was:

Mon - chest + calves
Tues - bis + abs
Wed - shoulers + calves
Thurs - back + abs
Fri - tris + calves
Sat - legs + forearms

I start with the heavy, compound movements for the first 1 or 2 excersizes, then move on to isolation movements.

Example: Chest

Incline Dumbells Press, 110lb db's, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6 (roughly)
Heavy Machine Press, 290lbs, 10, 8, 8, 8, (roughly)
Overhead Cable Flys in front. (Concentrated on upper chest), 80lb each, 12, 10, 10, 10
Overhead Cable Flys down to sides (Concentrated on lower chest), 70lbs each, 12, 10, 10, 10

If you cant tell, the main part of the chest that I work is upper because it has lagged behind, but is finally catching up! My chest routine changes constantly and i'll throw new things in there every other week or so, as I do with all my muscle groups. If you like I can outline my training routine more in-depth. LOL dude i dont think you need to worry about cutting with those figures, you can be alot bigger than that and be faster than you are now!

I will say I dont agree with your usage of gear, I always respected you before when you were clean. You looked good back then too, you were just not as big.

(in my opinion including you) It took him alot longer to get where he is and he worked alot harder then the guys that are on crank. I really admire guys like Layne, I know you worked hard too but you cheated in a way and took the easier path.

Thanks for the compliment bro. I definantly agree on me needing more width to my lats. I don't expect anyone to agree with my usage of gear, diet, or anything like that. What works for you may not neccesarily work for me, and vice versa. Same goes with doses, diet, and training. I've been juicing for something like 2 years and I'm curious where ya found pics of me clean? Because I know I havn't seen any in quite awhile and havn't shown any!

I know I could have done all this naturally. But at my age, with my metabolism and body type, there was no way. Everyone can always accomplish what they want without steroids, its all a matter of if they want to wait. I, like most everyone on the anabolics board, didn't wait. Granted I should have, that doesn't change the fact that I didn't.

I have plenty of respect for Layne, he's obviously worked his ass off for a long time and he sets a damn good example. But I expect better out of you than for you to come onto a steroids forum and tell me I cheated and took the easier way by juicing. If thats the case, so did everyone else here. Whats the difference between them and I? Or are everyone one of us here on the anabolics board cheaters? This includes needsize and galaxy, right? :rolleyes:

I understand what your saying Chris, but that is exactly my point though.
you could have done it naturally, but you wanted it now and you wanted it easier. There is no difference between you and anybody on here that cranks. I know this is a steroid board but it is also a fitness board and we all should have the right to voice are opinions, especially us because we paid to be on here.

I guess I assumed your first pics you posted on here were natural, I was wrong then.

I just believe that being natural is something to be proud of because you know in your heart that you didnt take the easier path, and you dont have to worry about the health risks (which is the most important reason)

keep training though and stay healthy
 
some of what I am reading here makes sense, I always tend to disagree with people that jump into juice too early because they dont want to wait, but saying anyone can get there natural if they wait is far from true. Everyone has a natural genetic limit, that once you get there, no amount of patience, or varying workouts, supplements, etc, can get you past it. I waited well over 10 years to start my first cycle, but for the last 3 years was stuck, couldnt gain a pound no matter what I try....I started cycling, and am now about 40lbs heavier....no way could I have ever gotten past that point without the steroids

I would like to hear more about the chest routine that you have. I have trouble with my upper chest also. Maybe i can steal some of your ideas. I feel like my problem is that i cant really pound my upper chest without my front delts doing most of the work. I backed off of the weight so that i can really feel my chest working...but now I get a great pump but i never gain any size.

arch your back and stick out your chest and throw your shoulder back and con concentrate on contracting your upper chest

Well I've worked only my upper chest for about a year and half, maybe more. I havn't done any flat chest excersizes (other than heavy machine presses) in awhile. So it will take time. And it's always gonna work your front delts due to the angle you have to hold the weight at to work your upper chest. I can't really help you with using your chest more than delts because its something you have to feel. Make sure you're using good strict form and thats the reps are nice and clean.

I would say the two things that have really built up my upper chest are the heavy incline dumbells presses and heavy cables. I'll see if i can explain this. Put the cable pulleys in the top position and grab them like you're going to do regular chest flys. Now lean pretty far forward but keep your head up. When you do the rep, do it slow and controlled, but keep it very high. Literally almost shoulder height. It'll work alot of your upper delt at the same time, but you'll learn to squeeze your chest more and use it instead of your delts. I remember i originally saw this on a demsontration video here on elite. I'll see if i cant dig that up.

Keep doing what you're doing, you'll get bigger as you age and your rmetabolism slows down - one advantage of aging I guess.

Unfortunantly I've lost a lil weight from those pics due to a recent back injury but i'm just now starting back up again. Keep your eyes out for some progress threads as I'll be implementing needtos new book to most all aspects of my diet.

Damn dude. Keep up the hard work. It's def paying off.

I'm picking up some tren... ummmm....for my horse lol. My horse is a real newbs, but i figure it's better to have it and sit on it. Probably won't use it until a few cycles down the road.
