Alright bros, I've been getting a lot of PM's about my diet, training, cardio, gear, etc, so I figure I'll just lay it all out in this thread. There are a few pics in my sig that everyone should be able to view, even you non-plattys!

I've been post cycle for about 4 weeks and have retained most all of the weight I've gained from this cycle (without PCT!):
Tbol, 50mg/ed, 1-5wks
Tren Acet, 100mg/eod, 1-10wks
Test Enth, 750mg/wk, 1-10wks
This is the fourth or fifth cycle (can't remember right off hand) and the first time I've ran Tbol. I gotta say that shit is GREAT! Like everyone says, all the good things of dbol without the negatives! This was also the first time I ran tren for the full 10 wks. I usually run it 6wks but I'm suprised at how much I was satisfied with running it for 10.
As far as the diet goes: BULK! I stay so lean purely because of genetics, which means its a motherfucker for me to put weight on! I consume roughly 5k cals throughout the day along with a gallon of whole milk. The milk was really what set this diet apart from any I had done in the past. If you can handle the bloating, gas, and fucked up digestive system, do it! Gotta be careful though, most people will get fat easy with that! The calories would come from anything and everything I could get my hands on. There was never a real specific regime of food, I just made sure I got all the calories in each day.
Cardio? NOPE! Like I said, I'm the epitemy of an ectomorph and I stay away from any kind of activity that will burn calories, other than my usual workout.
Please take a look at the pics and let me know what you see needs improvement! (The calves are already a given...lol, as are the quads)
