My new max ot workout routine

Hello everyone, I'm new on forum.

I'm from Brazil and I've being training for 12 years.

My stats are.

1,84 cm
88,5 kg
8,5% BF
25 years
Currently training DFHT.
I've set up a Max OT training, I would like you to evaluate for me plz

*the bike goes for max ot cardio 5 min warm up 3x boost( 1 min max 2 min moderate) 5 min cooldown
