A buddy of mine today from my gym showed me a cool exercise; he’s an amateur bodybuilder and PT, guys calves are SIC!!!!!...anyways what you do is lay on a flat bench and do curls laying down, you bring your arms down like on an incline bench, only you do this on a flat, let me tell you ! It was INSANE, a burn & pump like no other I have had, and I think this will be a killer new exercise for me to add into my routine.
