Two weeks sick, two not quite there. Cold kept circulating and travel didn’t help.
Tier 1 and two, basically how i set up rest main lift, secondary and supplementary . Same as different 5/3/1 options if you follow that method and assigns rest the same way… modified for this cycle.What's T1 or T2??
