sorry to hear inkman....

Keep working out it will ease some anxeity , remember that your father had a good life and was a very courageous man (purple heart). I'm sure your mother and father would want you to go on with your life. Take some time to think about the good times and then think about your future your wife possibly kids. Just think one day you may have a son that is just as proud of you as you were proud of your father.

Be Strong- good luck with your marriage!!!!

Great advice. :)

ink..........my god im so sorry for your loss...im glad i have had the opportunity to meet you in person, your such a nice guy....

kronk and i send all of our love and prayers....

I am soory my friend, and you and your family shall be in my prayers...

Your father is someone I would've liked to have known, good men are often, too hard to find...

Your father was a proud man, and proud of his son I am sure....make him proud as well.

Be well my friend.....

Ink, no juice while you are in grief... actually no ANYTHING while you are in grief.

Live it, feel it, and hold onto it. Don't push it away.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Give yourself some time and don't worry about losing size muscle memory is an amazing thing. You will be in my thoughts tonight!! PEACE! RADAR

Sorry bro. Don't worry about the cycle right now. You can't use that as a means of escaping your pain. Once again, sorry bro.

Inkman.. I am sorry for your loss.

I would not take anything for the depression if I were you. Every man must oneday loose his father. It is a tough thing.. but you are a tough guy. I am sure he would tell you to hang in there.

Keep your chin up!!

Your father was a very good man and world will be a sadder place with out him.

I will pray to the grandfathers for him as I do for my father.
