c'mon now Everyone knows just by being on this board you can lift more than anyone out there. shit I went from a 350lbs bench to 405 for 20 last week alone. Sometimes I wonder who these people are trying to fool

Oh yah, well I went from 365lbs to 425lbs in 4 weeks!!! And I am talking sets of 10 here!!
