squat 550 10 times below parallel
dead lift 500 8 times this was a bitch


but the sad thing is I'm still fat :D
 
jesus christ, 405 on bench 10 times? you should go on a cutting diet and do a shitload of cardio to get cut. your strong enough to where you wont loose too much strength.

According to these numbers your max lifts are approximately:

Bench Press - 525lbs
Squat - 715lbs
Deadlift - 650lbs on deadlift

According to these numbers you are stronger than the majority of all pro-bodybuilders and numerous powerlifters. You also would be breaking several records at your age in powerlifting.

I would love to see some photos or some video clips.
 
it's possible, but highly unlikely. you just have to be suspicious after hearing this so many times

squats and deads in 1 day ., for that much reps and weight. Good one, unless you are in the top 3 or 5 on this board
 
There is no one onthis board that i know of that could squat 550 for 10 reps

I am guessing this guy has 34 or 35 inch legs:D. He also has 21 inch arms. It is hard to tell without pics or videos.


BTW. . . .I did a 575 squat for 11 reps today!!!

Oh. . .and I forgot to mention. . .they were ass to calves!

c'mon now Everyone knows just by being on this board you can lift more than anyone out there. shit I went from a 350lbs bench to 405 for 20 last week alone. Sometimes I wonder who these people are trying to fool

It is amazing that a novice is benching 405 for reps and squatting 550lbs for sets of 10!!!

Oh yah, well I went from 365lbs to 425lbs in 4 weeks!!! And I am talking sets of 10 here!!:D :D
