Well, it's routine, for the most part.....however, I have lost a ton of weight (33lbs since 9/11/01 - which is disturbing) and my "volume" with my girl hasnt been what it once was....so, something might be off....haven't touched gear of well over a year, so I'm not sure what's going on. I wanted to get this done BEFORE my next BIG EVENT (lol), just to see where I'm at.....
I probably could have started my shit and done PCT to the max and cured this on it's own, but better to be safe.....does anyone know if I teach my spinning class tomorrow on an empty tank if it will sqew the results...?
