Wow, that`s great improvement. I did`nt see the pictures but just the stats say alot.
What happened to the " you gotta gain fat while gaining muscle" theory?
You seam to have LOST fat AND gained muscle at the same time. Before anyone answers "you can do it both ways" and it`s "just easier to gain muscle while you gain fat as well" I have this question- IF that were true than he would have gained EVEN more muscle??? if he did`nt lose fat at the same time?

I hope I did`nt lose anyone in my explanation.

a certain eating patternization in which he could focus on fat loss, and building muscle, as u can do both.

Most will cry, "no u can't", yet they remain half the size of me.

So, would he have gained more muscle eating like a pig all the time.......perhaps, but you wouldn't see it until after 3 months of hard, mental anguish dieting.

Not here.
