Today is Day one,i spent the entire day prepping myself for this cycle,The morning started off with a hi protein shake,3 times today i have taken 2 caps of NTBM "GEAR" also i am taking Ancient strength and NTBM's orange flavored creatine. 10 am 1 cap of Cyanostane Rx --4 pm another cap then i'm off to the gym 3 minutes prior to that i took 2 goody powders.
50 minutes later i'm home and what a workout ,i'm not sure if it was my frame of mind or the Cyanostane Rx kicking in,i definetely see something different in the mirror.and my workout was so intense Lat pulldowns X 15 sets,incline pulldowns (super heavy had to use claw grips to hold on) 10 sets, (claw grip rows) 15 sets ...then 2 sets to absolute failure. 8 sets of curls and 2 more to failure.
right now i can hardly hold my glass of protein.
So i'm pleased with this workout,.....Hopfully tomorrow will be just like this.....
